letter sound ch

This lesson practises the new sound ch. when you have watched the video, find items in your house that start with ch. practise writing ch. Write out the red words on paper and practise reading them.

Phonics lesson 30th November

Watch the video about rhyming words. Pause the video to talk about the rhyming words with your child. Are there any other words that rhyme with cat that I missed out? Make a list of words that rhyme with tap.

letter sound x

The lesson focuses on the letter x. Talk to your child about words with x in such as Fox and box. Ask the children to sound out these words and write the sounds they can hear.

Practising the letter sound r

We learnt this letter sound last week. After watching the video, practise writing the sound and then look for things around the house that start with r.

Handwriting lesson

Watch the video and practise writing c, o, a and d. Email your teacher photos of your writing.

Paw Patrol Phonics

Have a go at writing the words the paw patrol pups say to you. Keep practising your words and letter cards in your school bag. Email your teacher pictures of your writing.
